So a bit about the one behind Celebrate Me Nadi. I’m Nadiana, the proudly Uruguayan-born Latina who has lived almost her whole life in Sydney with many trips back home to Uruguay over the years.

At my core, I genuinely love celebrating all things life. The big milestones, the quiet moments, the unexpected twists, and everything in between. I’m endlessly curious about people just like yourself, their stories, their journeys, and the little details that make them who they are. There is something incredibly special about being trusted with someone’s story, and it’s a privilege I never take lightly.

I thrive on connection. I love hearing people found each other, what makes them laugh, what grounds them, and what they value most. No two stories are ever the same, and that’s exactly what excites me. I’m all about that warmth, connection and having a whole lot of fun along the way, creating ceremonies that feel real, relaxed, and deeply meaningful, rather than scripted or one-size-fits-all.

Spanish is my first language, and it’s a huge part of who I am (so of course, I’m happy to provide fully Spanish ceremonies!). I’ve lived almost my entire life in Sydney, growing up between cultures, traditions, and ways of expressing love and family. That blend has shaped how I see the world, with openness, warmth, and a deep appreciation for diversity and shared humanity.

I’m also proud to be living and often working on Dharug Country, whether as your celebrant or when I’m wearing my other hat as a social worker in community development. I feel incredibly honoured to have been guided by many wonderful Aboriginal Elders and leaders who continue to shape how I practice all my work. This respect for place, people, and story is something I carry into my work as a celebrant.
